Remove and dispose of hardwood flooring and sub-flooring from 2 existing racquetball courts. Strip existing courts down to the concrete level. Install layer of polythene over concrete to seal out moisture. Install 2" x 4" pieces over polythene to support new court floors. Install ¾" plywood over 2" x 4" pieces to support hardwood flooring. Drill plywood and 2" x 4"s into concrete to secure sub-floor. Install 3 ¼" x ¾" oak over plywood. Paint racquetball court game lines. Finish court with 3 coats of water based finish.

Approximately 800 square feet per court.

Water based, Bona Kemi Traffic (for high traffic areas), semi-gloss. |
