Type: Commercial Stage
Process: Strip and dispose of water damaged, maple flooring, plywood and insulation. Build stage from the concrete up. Install polythene plastic over concrete to seal out moisture. Install acoustically sound 2' by 4' pieces over polythene. Install fire proof insulation, install 3/4 inch plywood with hinges over 2' by 4' pieces. Install 1/4 inch plywood on top of 3/4 inch plywood in opposite direction. Install and finish 3 inch southern chestnut, flooring with 3 coats of moisture cure finish.
Size: approximately 3500 square feet.
Finish: Water based Harco Moisture Cure (for high traffic areas), semi gloss. |
